REVIU

The REVIU project relies on a technology with a TRL 7 maturity level, already validated in relevant operational environments using Machine Learning models with high levels of accuracy. These models have proven their reliability in the evaluation of battery condition at the cell and module level, providing consistent and scientifically proven results.

The objective is to advance to a TRL 8-9 by integrating this technology into A3’s industrial environment and validating it under real operating conditions. The system will allow the evaluation of batteries without the need for prior thermal or electrical control, incorporating a software with a simple interface and complete traceability of the process.

This innovation will transform the current A3 model, drastically reducing trial times and eliminating subjectivity in decision making. As a result, the processing capacity and recovery rate for second life will be significantly increased, positioning A3 as a benchmark in the management and reuse of electric vehicle batteries.
